For all ready-to-ship items please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For all made-to-order pieces please allow 4-5 weeks for your piece to be completed & then shipped.
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges for store credit are accepted within 7 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange shipping is the buyers' responsibility. It is required that you track all shipments and package the piece securely. We are not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair email email@example.com to inquire about your specific case. If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $45 fee. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing can take up to 4 weeks.
LOST OR STOLEN
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Please allow a 4-5 week window for the delivery of all made-to-order jewelry. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request—please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
